Authorized users may request qualification research, contact acquisition, Navigator intake, draft preparation, or a watchlist review. Every request enters a policy gate.
Sales Navigator intake
Operators will upload a permitted CSV/XLSX against a search brief. Files are private, quarantined and matched before qualification and channel-route review.
Contact routes
A missing verified email does not disqualify an ICP. The platform will retain contact acquisition, email-ready, manual LinkedIn-packet and call-packet states separately.
Watchlists
Curators will maintain private organization, contact, public-source, topic and trigger records with add, revise and retire controls.
Platform settings
Platform settings cannot modify Entra membership, MFA, Conditional Access, consent, mailbox designation, Mail.Send, live schedules or external actions.
